1.5 LBS ground lean chicken breast
1/3 Cup PB2
1/3 Cup low sodium Soy Sauce
3 TBSP Stevia or Splenda (don’t yell at me about the splenda)
1 TSP garlic powder
1 TBSP minced onion
1 TBSP crushed red peppers
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Add all dry ingredients to pan with the ground chicken and cook through, stirring regularly.
Mix in a separate dish the Soy sauce, PB2, Stevia or splenda until lumps are gone.
After meat is all cooked, mix in the soy and pb2 mixture. Stir thoroughly. Top your lettuce! I also will mix this with broccoli or green beans.
