Ginger and Honey Chicken

3 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1/4C Soy Sauce
2 Tsp Sesame Oil
1 knuckle fresh grated ginger
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper
sea salt to taste
1 TBSP Cornstarch
1/4 Cup Honey (I use sugar free)
2 TBSP sesame seeds

Cut chicken in to small pieces. Combine soy, oil, ginger, garlic, balsamic, pepper and salt. Pour mix over chicken and marinate for 2-3 hours. Heat a large skillet to med-high heat. Whisk in a small bowl the cornstarch and honey, add to chicken and continue cooking until a glaze forms. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
